Managing Director
Gareth joined IA in the early days after growing frustrated with the old school accounting mentality and is now our fearless leader. Gareth is passionate about working closely with our clients to help their businesses grow. With any spare time he has, Gareth will be watching baseball, supporting his beloved Western Sydney Wanderers and spending time with his understanding wife and his two amazing daughters.
Guy Pearson
Founder and Director
Guy is ‘The OG’ of IA. Our Founder and Director, Guy runs Practice Ignition, an accounting software company, day-to-day and occasionally invests in high growth startups and helps VC funds with deal-flow. When he’s not at work, Guy enjoys a quality beverage, great food, travelling, basketball, yoga and time with family and friends.
Charlotte Bungard
General Manager
Charlotte has many loves, including video games, Christmas and her puppy, Link. What sets her apart is her love for making our clients lives better through excellent service and attention to detail. When she’s not playing the latest Zelda game, you’ll find her hard at work improving processes and providing the best client experience possible.
Nigel Datta
Senior Advisor
Nigel is passionate about two things: providing great service for his clients and all things spicy. Nigel has spent 10+ years working in traditional accounting firms before seeing the light. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit, playing drums and spending time with his family.
Antun Jurleta
Intermediate Accountant
Antun loves bringing the same passion and dedication he has for his football team to his work. A new convert to the IA way, Antun loves utilising cloud technology to help take the stress out of accounting for our clients. When away from his desk, Antun will be either watching, playing or talking about football.
James Condon
Senior Accountant
James joined us as a rookie accountant, straight out of university. Since then, James has excelled at providing bespoke management accounting services to a number of our clients. He’s now on his way to also being a tax superstar. When he’s not crunching the numbers, James enjoys a nice whiskey, watching sports and spending time with friends and family.

Kristyn is our Senior accountant and compliance whiz. Joining us from a more traditional accounting firm, Kristyn has excelled at using cloud technology in providing timely and efficient solutions to our clients.
